塚越 応駿（つかごし おうしゅん）
群馬県高崎市と東京都新宿区を拠点とする華道流派「いけばな松風」四世家元。枯れた枝や朽ちた葉と瑞々しい花を組み合わせ、時の流れや「生と死」「過去と現在」を映し出す表現を追求している。
幼少より三世家元・塚越応鐘に師事。大学卒業後、英国にてフラワーデザインを学び、帰国後は外資系ホテルで花装飾に携わる。和洋双方の感性を活かした創作を続け、2009年に副家元、2024年に四世家元を継承。国内外での展示やデモンストレーションに加え、建築・音楽・美術とのコラボレーションにも取り組み、いけばなの新たな可能性を探求している。現在は後進の指導にも力を注ぎ、「いけばなを通じて人と人、自然と人がつながる場を生み出すこと」をライフワークとしている。

Biography
Oshun Tsukagoshi is the fourth Iemoto of Ikebana Shofu, a Japanese school of ikebana founded in 1921. Based in Takasaki and Tokyo, his work explores the passage of time through the contrast between withered branches and fresh blossoms, expressing themes such as life and death and the dialogue between past and present.
After studying under the third Iemoto, Osho Tsukagoshi, he later studied floral design in the United Kingdom and worked in floral decoration for international hotels. In 2009 he became Vice-Iemoto and succeeded as the fourth Iemoto in 2024.
Through exhibitions, performances, and collaborations with architecture, music, and visual arts, he continues to expand the possibilities of ikebana both in Japan and internationally.

As times change, the forms of our homes and ways of living continue to diversify.
In such an era, I believe it is essential to reflect on the balance between what remains constant and what evolves with time — a perspective often expressed in Japan as fueki ryūkō.
Building upon traditions that have been passed down through generations, I continue to ask what kind of floral expression can harmonize with contemporary living spaces, and I engage with flowers each day in pursuit of that answer.
Spending time with plants and arranging flowers brings a quiet richness to everyday life.
It is my hope that more people will discover the joy of spending time with flowers and welcoming them into their lives.
